Another custom home designed by a local architect for the Springhill Reserve Subdivision that utilizes expansive glazing to capture the views of the city and surrounding mountain ranges. This dwelling encompasses the popular mountain modern style with the use of shiplap ceilings, structural steel staircases, wrought iron railings, wood siding and metal accents. Extensive custom cabinetry, solid surface tops, and a commercial grade kitchen finish out the interior. The surrounding landscape uses a variety of boulders, stone retaining walls, earthen berms and mature trees to create a sense of privacy and character.
