This is the ever popular “Tranquility “ plan from Garrell Associates, which has been showcased in almost every home plan book throughout the country. The large Mountain style residence has almost every imaginable feature. This home was constructed using an abundance of cedar shake siding, 200 year old beams and flooring, and custom mantels from barns built in the 1800’s. A commercial grade kitchen incorporates an eight burner gas range, microwave drawers, multiple dishwashers and a 48” industrial refrigerator. Tongue and groove ceilings, extensive use of slate flooring and an enormous walk through shower put this house in a class of its own.
